The Sharks kick off and we are underway.
 
0.20: The Highlanders win a penalty after the kick off so they kick for touch.
 
1.00: The Highlanders win the line out but knock on.
 
2.00: The Sharks have the ball and are on the attack in the Highlanders half. Highlanders not committing many players to the breakdown.
 
3.00: Frans Steyn loses the ball forward so the Highlanders kick for touch and send the Sharks down to their 22m line.
 
4.00: Highlanders have the ball on attack in the Sharks 22. They put the Sharks under pressure and win a penalty. (playing the ball on the ground). The Highlanders kick for touch as they want the line out and try.
 
6.00: The Highlanders win the line out and drive for the line. However as they go over the line JP Pietersen deliberately knocks the ball down and is shown a yellow card. Jannie du Plessis goes down injured and the Sharks go into a huddle to discuss how they are going to defend the scrum on the 5m line.
 
7.00: The Highlanders win the scrum and attack but under the posts the Sharks turn the ball over and kick it well downfield.
 
8.00: Another penalty to the Highlanders just inside the Sharks half for being offside. Colin Slade will kick for posts.

10.00: The Highlanders kick through the Sharks backline and chase. Shaun Treeby gets the ball and goes over to score the opening TRY! Slade adds the conversion.

15.00: The Highlanders are looking to attack. They make some ground into the Sharks half but then they kick the ball out on the full by mistake.
 
16.00: Highlanders attacking again. Burley makes some ground and the Highlanders recycle. As they get to about 10m out the Highlanders win a penalty. They run it.
 
17.00: Wow, this is frantic. It's messy play from both teams but the Sharks manage to push the Highlanders back out of their 22 and then they win a penalty. They kick for touch. JP Pietersen is back on.
 
19.00: Both teams try to give the ball some air. The ball eventually goes out on the half way line. Sharks put in.
 
21.00: It all attack from the Highlanders and the Sharks. The Highlanders keep making ground and then the Sharks turn the ball over and kick it back. The Highlanders have to attack from deep again. Intensity levels are high.
 
23.00: The Sharks have a scrum just inside the Highlanders half. They win the scrum and start their attack. They kick ahead but the ball is charged down.
 
25.00: The Sharks get the ball into the Highlanders 22. The Highlanders defence is strong as the Sharks send wave after wave of attack at the home side. Eventually the Sharks win a penalty.
 
26.00: The Sharks kick for the corner as Lubabalo Mtembu comes off injured and is replaced by Derick Minnie.

30.00: Penalty to the Highlnaders just on the half way line. Playing the ball on the ground. Slade will kick for posts. Again he hits the post.  The Highlanders gather the ball and drive for the line. They get held up as they go over the line so they have a 5m scrum.
 
32.00:The Highlanders win the scrum, Aaron Smith passes to Ben Smith who goes for the line - stretches and loses the ball as he goes over. No try.
 
33.00: 5m scrum. The Sharks win a penalty for something that Tony Woodcock did in the scrum. No one seems to know what though. The Sharks kick to the half way line. The Sharks win the line out they chip kick ahead and Lwazi Mvovo gets away, backs himself and races for the line and scores. TRY!
 
36.00: Lambie misses the conversion. Off the posts.
 
37.00: Penalty to the Highlanders in front of the posts but outside the Sharks 22. They will kick for posts.

40.00: The siren goes for half time. The Highlanders have the ball on the half way line. The Highlanders work the ball to the 22m line.

46.00:  Both teams give the ball some air. Lambie doesn't find touch so the Highlanders attack. Just inside the Sharks half Derick Minnie gets blown up for illegal entry to the ruck so the Highlanders get a penalty. Slade will kick. He nails this one and the Highlanders lead again. Minnie is on a final warning.
 
48.00: The games is starting to open up for the Highlanders. Aaron Smith makes a break as the Highlanders keep breaching the Sharks defence. Hore makes another break and the Highlanders are two metres out. Aaron Smith chips through but the Sharks get back and dot the ball down. Sharks 22 drop out.
 
50.00: It's all the Highlanders in the Sharks half. Frans Steyn is down and will be subbed by Piet Lindeque. Sharks have had next to no ball this half.  Steyn limps off.
 
51.00: Penalty to the Highlanders. Slade will kick for posts. He nails it.
 
53.00: TJ Ioane is subbed for Elliot Dixon.
 
54.00: The Highlanders break out from inside their half, both Smith's are involved and then Chris King slips a pass to Colin Slade scores the third Highlanders try. Excellent team TRY!
