Argentina coach Daniel Hourcade has named his Pumas team to play Wales on Saturday at Cardiff's Millennium Stadium.
Full-back Joaquin Tuculet, wing Santiago Cordero, scrum-half Martin Landajo and lock Manuel Carriza were all called up into the 1st XV following last week's 31-12 loss to England at Twickenham.
The Pumas will again be captained by Juan Manuel Leguizamon, with Juan Fernandez Lobbe, Gonzalo Camacho and Juan Martin Hernandez all injured and veteran playmaker Felipe Contepomi having retired.
Argentina wing Horacio Agulla, who plays his club rugby for English Premiership side Bath, is set to win his 50th cap while up front prop Marcos Ayerza, now with English champions Leicester, will look to target new Welsh tight-head Rhodri Jones in the scrum.
The Pumas will be aiming for a repeat of last year's result when they beat Wales 26-12 in Cardiff.
