This website is managed entirely separately from the office which manages the broadcast rights for Super rugby and the TriNations.
With the expansion from a Super 14 to a Super (15) Rugby tournament and the future expansion of the TriNations to include Argentina new broadcast rights have been concluded which has caused much confusion and much has changed since the last broadcast deal.
SANZAR have launched their live streaming service for the non traditional broadcast areas.

Far from being the jewel in the crown for rugby in the SANZAR territories, Super Rugby and the Rugby Championship's reach has further extended, with the news that Setanta Sports will now be available on Thailand's no 1 Pay TV platform True Visions.
Branded as 'TrueSport Extra 1' the new channel, available in approximately 1 million homes, is Setanta in all but name, and continues the SANZAR competition's massive television growth globally.
Thailand joins Japan, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, Sri Lanka and the Pacific Islands as major Asia Pacific providers for Super Rugby and the soon to be launched Rugby Championship. Globally most countries in Europe, Latin America, the USA and Canada and the Middle East now have access to SANZAR rugby coverage.
With Thailand proudly joining our 'broadcast' family, Setanta celebrates their 10th distribution into the Asian market - including Now TV (Hong Kong), StarHub & Singtel mio TV (Singapore), Astro (Malaysia & Brunei) and Dialog TV (Sri Lanka).
Thailand channel TrueSport Extra 1 (TrueVisions ch.107) will be available to customers who subscribe to the TrueVisions Platinum and Gold packages.
Live & exclusive rugby includes Super Rugby, The Rugby Championship, the RBS Six Nations, The Currie Cup, ITM Cup, Aviva Premiership, Anglo-Welsh Cup and Pro-12 (previously Magners League), as well as live Rugby League from the NRL and State Of Origin.
With over 500 exclusive rugby matches from both the Northern & Southern Hemispheres, Setanta offers an action packed line-up of rugby throughout the year. "We are delighted to be able to bring our exclusive rugby programming to Thailand," said Roger Hall, Managing Director of Setanta Sports International.
"TrueVisions is the leading platform in Thailand and we are really pleased to be part of their offering."
The news continues remarkable growth for our game in the TV ratings market, spearheaded by SANZAR local broadcasters Fox Sports (Australia), Sky Sports (New Zealand) and SuperSport (Austraila).
The Super Rugby Final, won by the Queensland Reds 18-13 over the Crusaders, smashed the all-time subscription TV ratings record, delivering Fox Sports its first average audience of over half a million viewers (approximately 518,000), which doesn't include those watching the game in official Fox Sports broadcasting venues.
Viewing numbers for live matches also increased 41 percent across the board in Australia.
New Zealand had softer viewing numbers largely due to the flood of rugby during 2011 (with the Rugby World Cup), but this didn't still stop Sky TV from 'penetrating' roughly 50 percent of all homes in New Zealand – now boasting in excess of 840,000 subscribers.
While Supersport continued to raise the bar for their programming, with 330 hours of live Super Rugby watchable last year, the bulk of it in High Definition, with South Africa's premier sporting broadcaster aiming to go HD across the board by 2013.
Their match-to-match coverage also went up a notch, with Supersport providing at least a dozen cameras for matches, and 18 during Super Rugby Finals Series matches, giving fans as well as the Television Match Official (TMO) unprecedented access to the game.
