Jaguares beat Blues in Auckland

The second Super Rugby match on Saturday is in Auckland where the Blues host Argentina’s Jaguares at Eden Park.

This match will be the second match between the sides and the last time they met the Blues beat the Jaguares 24-16 in Albany.

  • The Blues snagged a 24-16 win in their only previous encounter with the Jaguares, after having led 15-6 at half-time.
  • The Blues have lost their last three games on the bounce at home; the last time they lost more was a four-game drought to open the 2012 campaign.
  • The Auckland squad have won two of their last four games against teams from outside New Zealand despite having trailed at half-time in every one of those four fixtures.
