1.00: The Lions put the Brumbies under pressure in their 22 but then concede a penalty. The Brumbies kick for touch and the line out.

2.00: The Brumbies win the line out but the Lions turn the ball over and then after four phases they win a penalty for not releasing. The Lions kick for touch.

4.00: Tom Wright tip tackles Malcolm Marx so he is yellow carded. The Lions take the line out option for the penalty and kick to the corner.

5.00: The Lions win the line out and then win a penalty from their maul. They kick for touch again.

6.00: The Lions win the line out. They attack in the forwards and then go back out wide to the backs where Aphiwe Dyantyi slips over in the corner after a poor tackle by Tom Cusack. TRY! 

7.00: Elton Jantjies misses the conversion. South African referee Rasta Rasivhenge has awarded the Lions 5 penalties already.

8.00: The Brumbies try to hit back by running the ball into the Lions 22.

11.00: Before they get to the 22m line Rasivhenge awards the Brumbies a penalty. The Brumbies kick for touch but the ball goes straight out so there will be a scrum to the Lions.

13.00: The Brumbies get the scrum put in after the Lions make a mess of it. The scrum has to be reset.

14.00: Scrum penalty to the Brumbies against Nathan McBeth. Tom Banks takes the kick and this time finds touch. The Brumbies are also back to 15.

15.00: The Lions steal the line out and Jantjies kicks for touch to clear.

16.00: Scrum penalty to the Lions. They kick for touch and take the line out.

17.00: The Lions win the line out but can’t do much with the ball.

18.00: The Brumbies clear the ball up-field and the Lions try to counter attack but get tackled into touch.

20.00: The Brumbies attack and Tom Banks gets through but stumbles to 5m out where he is brought to ground. The Brumbies support comes up and recycle the ball for Lachlan McCaffrey who crashes over. TRY!

21.00: Christian Lealiifano adds the conversion and the Brumbies lead.

24.00: Penalty to the Lions. Jantjies takes the kick and nails it. The Lions lead.

26.00: The Brumbies move the ball down the wing and Toni Pulu gets the ball from a quick pass and he races down the sideline and scores in the corner. TRY! 

27.00: Lealiifano takes the conversion from out wide. He nails it. Brumbies lead.

32.00: The Brumbies work the ball to the Lions tryline. The ball slows and the Lions win a penalty for not releasing.

34.00: Jantjies clears the ball into touch.

38.00: The Brumbies kick well upfield after a turnover. The Brumbies get to ball after the Lions but they win the ball and pass out to Tevita Kuridrani who goes over to score. TRY! 

40.00: Lealiifano takes the conversion kick as the siren sounds – but hits the post.

41.00: The Lions win an early penalty (side entry) so they kick for touch.

45.00: The Lions are awarded a penalty from the scrum. they kick for touch and take the line out for the penalty.

46.00: The Brumbies steal the line out and kick for touch.

49.00: The ball is left loose and Jantjies scoops the ball up and darts around one player and scores for the Lions. TRY! 

49.00: Jantjies adds the conversion.

51.00: Lachlan McCaffrey is injured during a spell of attack from the Brumbies. While he gets some help the game is paused. McCaffrey has to come off. The game resumes with a scrum to the Brumbies.

53.00: The Brumbies win the scrum and Lealiifano almost gets through. The Brumbies recycle through several phases and bash away at the line.

54.00: On the 10th phase the Brumbies go wide and Tom Banks side steps Franco Naude and goes over to score. TRY!

55.00: Lealiifano’s conversion curls too far to the left and misses.

57.00; The Brumbies attack in the middle of the field. Tom Wright fakes a gentle dummy and sidesteps the Lions backs and slices through and runs in the Brumbies 5th TRY!

61.00: The Brumbies kick deep behind the Lions and chase. The Lions get back but they have to kick it back. Andries Coetzee kicks the ball back and finds space well behind the half way line.

65.00: The Brumbies attack down the wing after making a break in centre-field. The ball is kicked ahead but it goes straight into touch.

68.00: The Lions set up their attack in the Brumbies 22. They go through 11 phases but they can’t find a way through. The Lions win a penalty for not rolling away. The Lions choose a scrum.

74.00: The Brumbies set up a maul in the Lions 22. They drive forward but the Lions disrupt it and win the scrum put in.

78.00: The Brumbies win a penalty from the scrum. They will kick for touch take the line out.

79.00: The Brumbies win the line out but loses the ball. The Lions start their attack.

80.00: The siren sounds as the Lions go through the third phase. Lealiifano flattens Mahuza in a tackle. Darcy Swain races away to the line to score but is called back for a foot in touch.

82.00: The Lions win the line out. They lose the ball so the Brumbies boot it into touch.
