The Cats have named their team to face the Cheetahs on Saturday. Last week’s man of the match Jano Vermaak retains his place ahead of Springbok Ricky Januarie who is still in the team but starts on the bench.

Jaque Fourie was very impressive last week when he as back in his favourite position at centre scoring a hat trick against the Blues. The hat trick against All Black stars will have done his Springbok selection hope the world of good. Wayne Julies is the other centre.

Delarey du Preez started the season as third choice hooker and having scored a couple of tries will end the season as the first choice hooker. Alongside him in the scrums is the Springbok Lawrence Sephaka.

The Cheetahs and the Cats were one team last year before the Cheetahs were included in the Super 14. Both teams will want to get one over on the other team but in the real world it will be the Cheetahs who had a better year.

The Best place on the table that the Cats can finish is four points behind the Cheetahs.
