The Cheetahs return from Argentina and host the Sharks in Bloemfontein on Saturday for the 17th clash between the Super Rugby sides.

The Sharks must win after the Lions’ result in Port Elizabeth. They’ve won eight of their last 11 games against the Cheetahs, including each of their last two in which they’ve conceded just 20 points combined but, it will be a test today in Bloemfontein.

The Cheetahs have made 11 changes with a new look front row. Wholesale changes are generally frowned upon in sport but, after the cheetahs’ poor start to this season, it could be a masterstroke.

The teams are out in the city of roses.
