Crusaders lose Nadolo & Moody for Lions Quarter-final

Christchurch Super Rugby franchise the Crusaders will play their quarter final against the Lions without Nemani Nadolo.

Nadolo injured his hamstring in the Crusaders 10-35 loss to the Hurricanes in Christchurch and will not travel to South Africa with the rest of the squad.

The Christchurch side will also be without Joe Moody for the match as he has some nerve damage to his neck.

All Black Sam Whitelock missed the 17th round loss but will make the trip to Johannesburg.

Halfback Andy Ellis also missed the loss to the Hurricanes but has been included in the squad to take on the Lions.

Winger Johnny McNicholl left the field with a dislocated finger but will also  make the trip.
