Corey Flynn will make his 50th Super rugby appearance on Saturday when he comes on in the 2006 Super 14 final. The All New Zealand final is being tagged as a North v South battle with many outside of Christchurch hoping to see the Crusaders fall off their perch.

Halfback Andrew Ellis was not available due to a torn medial ligament in his right knee so Kevin Senio will be hoping he can last a full match. Should Senio need to come off however Carter will move to 9 and Cameron McIntyre will come in at 10.

Surprisingly Johnny Leo’o & Tanerau Latimer have been named on the bench and Ross Filipo comes in at lock to partner Chris Jack.

To combat the Hurricanes powerful loosies of Jerry Collins, Chris Masoe and Rodney So’oialo the Crusaders have moved Reuben Thorne to No.6.

Interestingly the Crusaders have not lost at home the 27th of February 2004 when the Crusaders went down to the Blues (29-38)
