The Crusaders have named their team to face the Stormers at Addington and have made the surprising move of naming Dan Carter at 12 instead of 10.

Coach Todd Blackadder has made four changes to the team that narrowly lost to the Bulls at Loftus with the most notable change coming at No. 10.

Carter is renowned as the best flyhalf in world rugby and leads the international rankings for points scored in the position, but Tom Taylor will start in his place this weekend.

As Taylor returns to the starting line-up at 10 and Carter is at 12, Ryan Crotty drops down to the bench.

In other changes the Franks brothers swap positions so that it is Ben starting at tighthead this week as Owen provides cover off the bench.

Tom Donnelly comes back into the starting fifteen and Luke Romano takes a place in the reserves.
