The Bulls have named the same team that beat the Lions last weekend to face the Brumbies at Loftus Versfeld although there is some concern over prop Dean Greyling.
Greyling will be assessed by the Bulls medical team later in the week and if given the green light to front up against the men from Canberra, Ludeke will have the same run-on team from last week.
If Greyling does not recover from a bruised shoulder in time, Ludeke will hand a Super debut to Dawie Steyn.
The former Pumas prop has been in fine form in the Vodacom Cup in recent weeks.
"Dean is op top of his game at the moment and we would like to give him every opportunity to make it to the game."
"If he doesn’t, it will provide Dawie with a great opportunity and either way, I am pretty excited on what to expect," Ludeke said.
The Brumbies are conference leaders in Australia and demands their respect, Bulls captain Pierre Spies said.
"I have played in teams that Jake White prepared and they will be up for it. The Brumbies are well organised and will probe till they find a weakness. "
"We will have to start well and keep it up if we want to close out this part of our campaign with a win," Spies said.
The Bulls have a bye next weekend before they travel to Australia.
