Current Super Rugby log leaders the Chiefs have not beaten the Hurricanes since the 2009 Super 14 semi-final, when they won 14-10. In the current tournament the Chiefs have a brilliant defensive record with only eight tries being scored against them but the Hurricanes seem to have the attacking edge, scoring 28 tries thus far.
