2.00: The Lions make a strong start by pushing the Reds back into their own half. The Reds knock forward so the Lions have a scrum in the Reds 25.

17.00: Cooper announces his return by slipping straight through a Lions tackle (the crowd goes wild) and suddenly the Reds are all over the Lions. They get to the Lions tryline but the Lions turn it over and kick it deep.
18.00: The Reds get the ball back from the Lions kick and go through the phases on attack. The Lions are desperately defending. Higginbotham dives for the line but hits the posts. The Reds recycle and Liam Gill scores. TRY!!
20.00: Mike Harris adds the conversion and the Reds lead.
22.00: The Reds are on attack again, James Horwill runs for the line but is cut short. Reds do however get a 5m scrum.
24.00: The Lions concede a penalty in front of the posts. Harris takes the shot and nails it.
26.00: Liuons on attack after Jaco Taute breaks. He is caught but the Lions keep it alive and attack down the wing but the Reds shove Coetzee into touch.
27.00: The Reds get a penalty so they kick for touch. Lions possession was 73% and is now 55%.
28.00: The Reds are slowly but surely coming to life. Genia breaks and passes to Cooper but he misses the ball. That's a sign they haven't played together this year. We are however called back for a penalty to the Reds.

34.00: The Lions are kicking away much of their possession which is preventing them from attacking. The Reds steal a Lions line out and attack.
