Brumbies coach Jake White has opted for consistency against the Reds this weekend, making just two changes to his line-up as his side continue their fight at the top of the Australian conference.

Peter Kimlin moves back into the starting side, wearing the No. 6 jersey, with Ben Mowen moving back to No. 8 and Fotu Auelua out of the 22-man squad due to injury.

Claiming Kimlin's bench spot is Leon Power who has contributed a series of impressive performances for local club Queanbeyan in recent weeks.

In the only other change, Brumbies scrumhalves Ian Prior and Nic White will rotate for Saturday’s match with White shifting back into the starting side.

The clash at Canberra Stadium shapes up as possibly the most important game of the season for both the Brumbies and the Reds, as the winner will leave with a golden opportunity to claim top spot of the Australian table.

The Reds currently sit eight points adrift of conference leaders the Brumbies but, with a bye next weekend, a win in the capital would be worth eight points or more for the Queensland outfit.
