Highlanders make five changes for Blues

Highlanders' Head Coach, Jamie Joseph has made five changes to the team that beat the Bulls last week for this week' clash against the Blues.

Two of the changes are in the forward pack as Andrew Hore comes in to start at hooker while Hoani MacDonald.

MacDonald's move to the second row shifts Nick Crosswell to number eight.

Nasi Manu played at No.8 last week but due to an injury he will miss this week's clash.

In the backline Jimmy Cowan will start at half back and will play alongside Chris Noakes at first-fiv

Aaron Smith and Mike Delany both move to the reserves bench. Kurt Baker also comes into the run-on XV and Siale Piutau drops out of the 22 also due to injury.

The Blues and Highlanders will be playing for the Gordon Hunter Memorial Trophy which is currently held by the Highlanders.
