The Sharks have named their team to face the Cheetahs at Kings Park in Durban with two of their Springboks included for the first time in a month.
Sharks coach John Plumtree delayed naming his team in order to give Pat Lambie, Willem Alberts and Jacques Botes late fitness tests.
Lambie passed the fitness test and has been named at fullback in place of Louis Ludik who plays off the bench, alongside the returning Alberts and Botes who have all been passed fit.
Pieter-Steph du Toit who left the field in the first half of last week’s match with an ankle injury has been bracketed in with Jean Deysel amongst the reserves, as have the backline duo of Meyer Bosman and Paul Jordaan.
The Sharks will have a good idea of what is needed to qualify for the play offs as their rivals the Reds and Hurricanes will both have completed their regular season matches.
