After eighteen rounds of Super Rugby action the top six Super Rugby teams have been decided along with the venues for next weekend's play offs.
The Stormers finished the season on top of the Super Rugby standings so they will host the 2012 Super Rugby final if they get through their home Semi-final in two weeks time.
The Chiefs finished the season in second place so the Stormers and the Chiefs have a well earned bye next week.
Next weeekend the teams who finished in third place down to sixth place will play each other in order to qualify to play the Stormers and the Chiefs.
