The Sharks have named their team for the Super Rugby final with both Pat Lambie and Paul Jordaan being named in the starting line up.
The Sharks lost Tim Whitehead with a hand fracture in the Semi-final against the Stormers at Newlands and he has been replaced by Jordaan in the starting line up.
Lambie comes in at fullback to replace Riaan Viljoen who will come off the bench if called upon.
The forward pack is the same pack that played against the Reds and the Stormers in recent weeks.
Aside from the two changes Plumtree has shown consistency in his selections but the team differs significantly to the one that lost by four points to the Chiefs in the pool stages.
"There has been some continuity in selection which has been great, at this time of the competition it's really important, but at the same time, we've had some injuries as well, particularly to our midfield.
"So it's fantastic having Pat Lambie and Paul Jordaan coming back into contention."
"We're a bit lucky with the backs because we've lost a couple through injury, so having some come back at this stage is vital. Being able to select the same pack for the past few weeks has been great."
Bismarck du Plessis has shrugged off added and this match will be his 100th Super Rugby appearance for the Sharks.
