The Stormers have revealed that fullback Jaco Taute will miss this weekend's Super Rugby match against the Sharks in Durban.
Springbok Taute took a big knock to his groin in the 25-17 season opening loss to the Bulls at Loftus and will not be available for selection this weekend.
The Stormers have also revealed that Prop Pat Cilliers passed a concussion test on Monday morning as he showed no symptoms after taking a knock to the head against the Bulls.
Centre Juan de Jongh who missed the match against the Bulls last weekend took part in Stormers training monday and the Stormers medical team said that his chances of playing against the Sharks will depend on how he gets through full training on Tuesday.
Stormers Scrumhalf Nic Groom sat out training on Monday but he will be fine for selection against the Sharks.
