Pumas lose Sanchez and Montero for Australia clash

Argentina’s head coach Daniel Hourcade has confirmed that Manuel Montero and Nicolas Sanchez will both miss Saturday’s Rugby Championship match in London.

Nicolas Sanchez has a sprained ankle while Manuel Montero has a hamstring muscle injury and both have been ruled out.

Both players had to undergo fitness tests which they failed and they will be replaced.

Santiago González Iglesias comes into the starting side to replace Nicolas Sanchez while Jerome De la Fuente comes in to replace Iglesias at 12.

Also in the backline Ramiro Moyano comes in on the wing to replace Manuel Montero.

As a result Lucas Gonzalez Amorosino and Gabriel Ascarate come on to the replacements bench.
