Australian conference leaders the Rebels are back at home in Melbourne this weekend where they will host Canberra’s Brumbies.

The Rebels have played the Brumbies 3 times in Super Rugby since 2011 and the Rebels have won 4 matches and lost 9.

There have been no draws between the teams in the 13 matches.

Although the Brumbies have won nine of the previous 13 encounters the Rebels picked up a two-point win in their last meeting in Melbourne

28.00: The Brumbies collapse the maul; it should be yellow, but the ref is not going to his pocket. It will be another lineout.

29.00: Wait! The Rebels are opting for a scrum in centre field, five metres out.

29.00: TRY! Amanaki Mafi breaks off the back of the scrum. The No 8 powers through Lachlan McCaffrey and Christian Lealiifano before placing the ball at the base of the right-hand post. 5-5
