Sharks name rookie fullback against Cheetahs

Sharks Director of Rugby Gary Gold has almost entirely retained the Super Rugby team that lost to the Lions for this weekend’s match against the Cheetahs at Kings Park.

2015 Varsity Cup fullback Rhyno Smith has been handed his first run on start for this Saturday’s penultimate clash of the pool stages after impressing off the bench in last week’s clash with the Lions.

Smith was named the the ‘Overall Player that Rocks’ in the Varsity Cup last season.

In the last change to the starting line-up  Coenie Oosthuizen comes in for Lourens Adriaanse in the front row.
