Three changes for Blues vs Cats

Blues coach David Nucifora has again changed his team looking for the right combinations. This week the Blues face the Cats in Johannesburg and All Black lock Ali Williams has been dropped bench.

Anthony Boric comes in as one of the three changes from the team that was lucky to beat the Cheetahs thanks to Meyer Bosman missing a relatively easy kick at the death.

Daniel Braid is newssheet to be seen on the team sheet and Onosai’i Tololima-Auava’a starts on the openside flank

In the backline Ben Atiga comes in for Anthony Tuitavake at centre.

For the Blues this match has little to offer in a tournament perspective now that the Blues and Cats are well out of contention for a Semi spot.

Both teams however have a number of internationals and this will be their second last chance for them to put their name forward.

Joe Rokocoko,Doug Howlett have done little all season while Luke McAlister has shown that he is good enough to stand in for Dan Carter if injured.
