Description

SANZAR Referees Boss Lyndon Bray: "..the ball-carrier (Bulls #23) is brought to ground short of the goal line (tackled). The players must then be able to reach out and place the ball in order to score the try, without physically moving their respective bodies. In these cases, the players do in fact move their bodies in order to then place the ball over the line. Therefore, no try should have been the correct decision in each instance."
