@aljbuick1... Are you stupid!? OMW, that was so blatent! He was looking over his shoulder at Drew for about half an hour and then stepped into him.. are you sure you're watching the same video??? Drew Mitchell is a class player and didn't deserve this.
This is a blatant foul from Higginbottom here. It is as clear as day to see he changed direction. WELL DONE Higginbottom! You've just taken out our best winger for the WC. He should be sighted. I'm sure he didn't mean for this to happen but the fact is if he didn't try to impeded Mitchell, we wouldn't be a winger down for the WC. This should not go unpunished.
@ alijbuick1 I disagree with you. I also watched it several times. Higginbotham changed the direaction he was running at the last moment. Watch his legs, he steps side ways, it looks so blatiant. Higginbotham appears to be looking over his shoulder. No accident in my view.
No-one likes to see a great player like Drew Mitchell hurt. After watching this unfortunate moment several times I can only conclude that this was an accident. Higginbothem was looking the other way and could not possibly have deliberately caused Mitchell's injury.
