Description

Bulls scrumhalf Francois Hougaard has been given a one week ban for his dangerous tip tackle on Cheetahs back Robert Ebersohn in the Bulls 19-51 win over the Cheetahs.

SANZAR Duty Judicial Officer Mike Heron accepted a guilty plea from Hougaard for contravening Law10.4 (j) Lifting a player from the ground and dropping or driving that player into the ground whilst that player's feet are still off the ground, after he was Red Carded during a Super Rugby Match at the Weekend.

the Cheaters wanted to have 14 oposing players on the field to keep the score down, they asked Ebersohn to act like a paper bag when tackled
