Fredsplay is a public game and as such some of the information you provide, i.e. your name, will be made publicly available as part of the game. No personal information will be provided to any 3rd parties.

To enter any prize competition you must be 18 years of age or older or have the consent of a guardian. All payments must be made via PayPal unless otherwise agreed with the admin. This is for security reasons as we do not want the responsibility of storing debit/credit card details on this site

All efforts will be made to ensure the accuracy of all the data contained in the website. Any inaccuracies in the results of each competition must be highlighted within a week of the end date of that competition, otherwise the incorrect result will stand

Any user caught cheating will be removed from the game and any monies won by that user will be forfeited
