For the first time since in two years Gavin Henson has been named in the Wales starting line up that will face the Barbarians in Cardiff this weekend.

Henson was named at centre and has not played for Wales since the 2009 Six Nations Championship.

The Grand Slam winner is unattached after his short term contact with Toulon was not renewed.

The match, a full international, will also see outside-half Stephen Jones win his 100th cap for Wales as Warren Gatland’s side begin their preparations for this year’s World Cup in New Zealand against a star-studded Barbarian team.

More to follow.
