Argentina head coach Daniel Hourcade has named a team with six changes for this weekend’s Rugby Championship match against South Africa’s Springboks in Salta.
In the forwards Hourcade has left out Leonardo Senatore and Nahuel Tetaz Chaparro due to injury and brought in Lucas Noguera Paz.
Ramiro Herrera also comes in to the side for Enrique Pieretto. while Guido Petti has been replaced by Matías Alemanno and Juan Leguizamón starts at 8./
In the backs Tomás Cubelli and Juan Martín Hernández will run the backline after the duo led the side to victory over the Springboks in 2015.
Hourcade says that Argentina will be going all out to beat South Africa this weekend. “We focused on defensive errors and ball control, trying to correct those little things,” said the coach.
Hourcade said that last week the Pumas made too many mistakes and they allowed South Africa to have too much ball which wore the team out.
“We (will) work to put pressure on them and to complicate matters so that they do not have quality ball,” said Hourcade.
