Wallabies lock Dean Mumm says that Australia are expecting a massive backlash from New Zealand’s All Blacks at Eden Park.

Australia won the opening Bledisloe Cup clash in Sydney and if they can beat the All Blacks in Auckland they will win the trophy which New Zealand has held for the last 13 years.

Eden Park is however regarded as the ultimate All Blacks fortress and Australia have not won there since 1986 and New Zealand’s players will be hungry to get back on track.

“I think from us we’re expecting a pretty full-on Kiwi response I’d say at Eden Park in front of a crowd that is extremely patriotic in a place that they absolutely love playing,” Mumm told TVNZ.

“They are the best team in the world because they are very, very consistent and they are going home to their favourite ground to play.

“It’s a tough task and many teams have struggled there. It’s a very big challenge for us, but one we’re very much looking forward to.”
