The former Springbok wing and coach of the Western Province under 19 team Pieter Rossouw did an amazing job in his two week trial period and has been appointed as the backline coach of the Vodacom Bulls.
Rossouw said he is very excited to coach the Bulls and he is looking forward to the challenges of Super Rugby.
“I started coaching when I was still playing because coaches like Gerrit Pool and Alan Zondagh gave a lot of the tactical responsibilities to the senior players.
“In 2006 I coached Majuba Men’s Residence at Stellenbosch and last year I was involved with WP’s Vodacom Cup team as well as the under 19s.”
Rossouw made a huge impact in the two weeks he consulted the Bulls and Frans Ludeke was very impressed by his coaching abilities as well as his people skills.
Ludeke said the players are equally impressed by Rossouw’s contribution and he as well as the team believes Rossouw will be an enormous asset for the Bulls.
