Chiefs get new Head trainer for 2009 Super 14

Phil Healey has been named as the Chiefs head trainer for the 2009 Rebel Sport Super 14 campaign.

Healey is currently the strength and conditioning trainer for the Counties-Manukau Air New Zealand Cup team, a position he has held for the past three seasons.


He will continue to work with Counties Manukau until the end of their campaign.


Healey, replaces Nicholas Gill who took on the role as the All Blacks’ strength and conditioning coach in May this year.
