Crusaders head coach Todd Blackadder has named his team to play a Super Rugby warm up match against the Highlanders in Oamaru this Thursday afternoon.
Super Rugby resumes on 1 July when the Crusaders travel to Fiji for a historic match against the Chiefs in Suva.
This week’s Super Rugby warm up match will involve 25 players-a-side, and the Crusaders includes a number of players who have performed in the Crusaders Development programme.
The side will be captained by Jimmy Tupou and features a number of first choice players who are not part of the June internationals.
The match will be played at Whitestone Contracting Stadium in Oamaru, and will kickoff at 3pm.
