Former Wallabies centre Anthony Fainga’a has revealed that he will be leaving the Queensland Reds at the end of the Super Rugby season and will be playing for Japanese club Kintetsu Liners.

Twenty-nine-year-old Fainga’a made his Wallabies debut in 2010 and has won 29 caps for Australia.

Fainga’a has been with the Reds since 2009 and was part of the 2011 squad that won a Super Rugby title but has struggled with injuries over the last two years.

Fainga’a brother Saia announced earlier this year that he will also be leaving the Reds and joining the Brumbies.

The Kintetsu Liners have also announced that they have also signed two time Wallaby Chris Feauia-Sautia but reports suggest that the winger will return to Queensland next season whereas Fainga’a won’t.
