Lock Ross Filipo is in doubt for Saturday’s match against the Stormers in Cape Town after suffering a groin strain against the Western Force on Friday night.
Crusaders doctor Deb Robinson said Filipo left the field early in the second half and was in some doubt for the next match. She said Filipo would be assessed midweek before a final decision would be made.
Robinson said that captain Richie McCaw and lock Kevin O’Neill suffered cuts above their eyes in the Western Force match but would both be expected to be available for the Stormers game
