Another hearty performance from the Force led to heartbreak for Force fans. With four minutes to go the Force led the Stormers by four points but could not hold on to their lead.

The Force got there by a fantastic try by DeBartolo who came off the bench. He kicked the ball up and over the Stormers defence and the ball bounced beautifully for him and with his pace the Stormers were unable to catch him as he touched the ball down for his first Super 14 try.

However two tries from Luke Watson assured Stormers their win and they managed to get the bonus point for four tries. Watson’s last try coming just four minutes from the end.

The big talking point from this match will be that the Force managed to get their first point. The final Score was Force 25 Stormers 26. The Force have now lost seven matches in a row
