3.00: The Hurricanes get a free kick from the scrum and tap the ball quickly. Jordie Barrett slices through the Sharks with his pace and the Hurricanes are into the Sharks 22.
4.00: The Hurricanes move the ball from side to side but the final pass is wide – too wide as it goes into touch.
5.00: The Hurricanes steal the line out – and get the advantage which turns into a penalty. The Hurricanes will have a shot at the posts.
6.00: Jordie Barrett takes the penalty kick and nails it. The Hurricanes lead. 3-0.
8.00: The Sharks clear the ball from a ruck on the Hurricanes 22 line. Boeta Chamberlain, sells a dummy and passes the ball down the line and the two props combine to score a try. However in the build up there is a forward pass which is confirmed by the TMO so no try.
10.00: The Hurricanes drive the Sharks scrum backwards and the Hurricanes kick the ball well upfield.
11.00: The Hurricanes win the ball from the line out and run the ball into the Sharks 22 but Madosh Tambwe slips and goes down,
12.00: The Hurricanes win the line out and run the ball – but there is an intercept by Lukhanyo Am and he makes half the field and offloads to Madosh Tambwe who goes in to score. TRY!
13.00: Chamberlain adds the conversion. Sharks lead 3-7.
17.00: The Hurricanes win a line out in the Sharks 22. They move the ball up with the forwards and get the advantage but when there is a knock on the penalty is awarded.The Sharks get a warning for yellow cards. The Hurricanes choose a scrum.

20.00: The scrum goes down so has to be reset.
21.00: The Hurricanes win the scrum and Barrett draws the Sharks in but passes out wide and Wes Goosen who is wide open and runs in the TRY!
22.00: Barrett takes the conversion and nails it. Hurricanes lead again 10-7.
24.00: The Sharks hit back immediately by working the ball up to the line and Tyler Paul picks and goes on the line and scores in the tackle. TRY!
25.00: Sanele Nohamba slots the conversion from out wide. The Sharks lead 10-14.
28.00: The Hurricanes hit back too. Nagani Laumape gets the ball on the wing from a Barrett cross kick and he skins the Sharks defender Sanele Nohamba and goes in to score TRY!
29.00: Barrett takes the conversion and nails it. Hurricanes lead 17-14.
31.00: The Sharks attack in the corner but get tackled into touch. The Hurricanes win the line out and boot the ball into touch further up the field.
33.00: Penalty to the Sharks. Nohamba will have the shot. He nails it to level the scores at 17-all.

69.00: The Sharks are not giving up, Mzamo Majola crashes over from short range and scores. TRY!
70.00: The conversion is missed but that try has removed the bonus point for the Canes. Hurricanes lead 38-22.
74.00: The Sharks win a penalty inside their half and kick for touch. There is a delay as a Sharks player needs some medical attention. The Sharks win the line out but cant do much with it and knock on.
77.00: The Hurricanes are looking for the bonus point and have upped the pressure. They get into the Sharks 22 but concede a penalty.
78.00: The Sharks boot the ball well upfield and set up a line out on the half way line. There is a delay as hooker Craig Burden is injured and cant throw in. Eventually he is fixed by the meds and throws the ball in. The Sharks knock on.
80.00: The Sharks have a line out on the Hurricanes 5m line. They earn a penalty from the line out so tap it on the 5m line.
81.00: The Sharks go through the phases but get driven back a little. They almost get through but then win another penalty.
82.00: The Sharks tap the ball again and attack on the 5m line. The ball is turned over and run into touch.
