Limited tickets are still available for the HSBC Waratahs Super 14 semifinal with the Sharks at the Sydney Football, with the blockbuster clash kicking off tonight at 8:00pm.

Despite public tickets only going on sale four days ago, more than 32,000 tickets have already been snapped up for the clash, just the third time the Waratahs have earned a Super Rugby playoff match at home in the 13 year history of the tournament.

A big crowd is expected to not only cheer the Waratahs on towards a possible position in the final, but also to acknowledge Phil Waugh who will tonight become just the fourth player to reach 100 NSW caps.

Fans are encouraged to pre-purchase their tickets via the internet at Ticketek or by phone 13 28 49 to avoid the queues at the SFS, amongst what is expected to be a strong walk-up crowd.

Spectators attending the match are also being urged to use public transport, with details on special event routes detailed below.

The Waratahs are looking to extend their perfect home record in 2008, and are set to do so in near perfect conditions for Rugby.

In stark contrast to the wet weather which has followed the Waratahs all year, a clear day with a top of 19C in Sydney is expected to cool to around 16C by kick-off with only the slightest of south-easterly breezes.

Gates open at 6:00pm.
