200: The Kings kick the ball into touch after the kick off. The Lions win the line out and attack the Kings. The Lions send wave after wave in attack at the Kings and Rohan Janse Van Rensburg gets through and scores the opening TRY!

5.00: The Kings enjoy some attacking ball in the Lions half. They get into the Lions 22 but then the ball is turned over. The ball goes dead and the Lions get the scrum put in.
8.00: The Kings are winning the early territory battle as they are keeping the Lions pinned in their 22. The Kings win a scrum on the Lions 22 and attack the Lions.
9.00: The Lions turn the ball over and after a couple of phases the Lions clear the ball into touch.
11.00: The Kings work the ball into the Lions 22 again. They get to the line but the Lions hold them out through two phases on the line. There is a knock on.
13.00: The Kings keep the pressure on the Lions and it pays off as the Lions fumble the ball. The Kings grab the ball and James Hall dives over and scores. TRY!
15.00: Louis Fouche slots the conversion and the scores are level.
15.00: The Lions hit back straight away. They attack down the wing and Lionel Mapoe is carried over and he scores. Or does he ? The TMO reviews and there was a foot in touch so no try.
16.00: The Lions are caught offside at the line out so the Kings have a penalty. Fouche clears the ball into touch.
18.00: The Lions begin their attack on the half way line, Rohan Janse Van Rensburg goes for the line but the Kings hold him out and then win a penalty. Fouche clears.
22.00: Penalty to the Southern Kings. Fouche takes a shot at posts but misses.
25.00: The Lions work the ball into the Kings 22. The Kings concede a penalty for offside and they get a warning for two in a row. Jantjies kicks to the corner as the Lions want the try.
28.00: Penalty to the Lions as the Kings scrum collapses. The Lions choose another scrum – almost in front of the posts.
30.00: Penalty again to the Lions. Jantjies lines up the posts. He nails it. Lions lead.
32.00: The Lions go on the attack and Elton Jantjies gets through a gap and offloads the ball and Andries Coetzee goes over to score. TRY!
33.00: Jantjies adds the conversion.
35.00: The Lions are finding their game more now. They get through the Kings first line of defence. The Lions are slowed in attack but they keep the ball alive. As the Lions get through they are called back for a forward pass.
38.00: The Kings are awarded a penalty and kick for touch.
39.00: The Kings win the line out but the ball comes loose. It’s ruled that it was knocked on. Scrum.
40.00: The Lions win the scrum and run the ball. The siren sounds.
41.00: The Lions get over the half way line and win a penalty. De Klerk takes it quickly but the Kings turn it over and knock it on.

43.00: The Lions get the ball in their half and Jaco Kriel races away slicing through the Kings. He is however caught by the Kings (Jaer). There is a knock on.
The Lions come away with the ball from a scrum in the Kings 22 but the ball is knocked on. They are called back for another scrum.
47.00: The Lions go through a couple of phases on attack and Faf de Klerk slips through one tackle and races for the line and scores. TRY!
48.00: Jantjies adds the conversion.
49.00: The Lions clear the ball from a scrum but de Klerk’s pass to Jantjies is poor and he knocks it on.
52.00: The Lions pass the ball down the line and Stefan Watermeyer gets an intercept and races away to score. TRY!

60.00: The Lions are almost in again for another try but they are called back for a penalty. Edgar Marutlulle is shown a yellow card. Kings down to 13.
61.00: The Kings win a penalty and Fouche kicks for touch to clear.

63.00: The Lions win the line out and Malcolm Marx drives over and scores. TRY!
65.00: Jantjies adds the conversion and then coach Ackermann brings the rest of his bench on.
68.00: The Lions break through the Kings defence again and Janse Van Rensburg races for the line and scores. TRY! His second.

7.00: Armand Van Der Merwe breaks through the Kings defence, he is caught but the Lions get the ball to Sylvian Mahuza who races in to score. TRY!

77.00: The Lions win a scrum inside their half. They move the ball wide. Mahuza races down the line and passes to Courtnall Skosan who scores the Lions eighth TRY!

80.00: The siren sounds. The Kings have the ball – they move the ball out to the wing but the ball is lost and goes into touch.
