The Super Rugby Pacific organisers have confirmed that the postponed Round 10 match between Moana Pasifika and Western Force has been rescheduled for Tuesday 24 May.

The match, which was originally part of the Super Round in Melbourne, will now be played at Mt Smart Stadium in Auckland as part of the Round 15 week.

Sanzar Chief Executive Brendan Morris said: “Rescheduling matches due to COVID has been disruptive for several teams this season and everyone recognises the challenges that have created for players, coaches, management and fans.

“On behalf of the Super Rugby Pacific Competitions’ Committee,” he added, “I would like to acknowledge the affected teams for their understanding, in particular Moana Pasifika, who have been more affected than any other club with four rescheduled matches during their inaugural season in the competition.”

Round 15 is the last round of the regular season with the quarter-finals taking place the following week.

The quarter-finals will comprise the top eight teams on the ladder, and the top four ranked teams will host quarter-final matches.

Super Rugby Pacific can also confirm that the Round 15 match between Fijian Drua and the Chiefs, originally set to be played on The Gold Coast in Australia on Friday, May 27, will now be played in Lautoka, Fiji.

The Fijians will now play the New Zealanders at Churchill Park on Saturday, May 28.
