Crusaders assistant Brad Mooar has insisted that his Super Rugby team will be fine on attack without winger Nemani Nadolo.

Nadolo has been suspended for four weeks for a tackle on Tomas Cubelli and will only return just before the June International break.

The winger will miss three Super Rugby matches – against the Reds, Highlanders and Waratahs.

Nadolo has played a big role in the Crusaders game plan and Mooar says that the winger’s absence will be a terrific opportunity to show what other backline talent they have in the squad.

There is no doubt that losing Nadolo will be a blow and some of the Crusaders critics feel that they will struggle without the 130kg left wing but Mooar disagrees.

“We don’t think that,” Mooar told Stuff.

“We have utter faith in everybody and to be fair we are seeing people break the line and cause issues for defences, and not just Nemani.”

“We don’t think we are a one-man band.”

David Havili, Johnny McNicholl, Jone Macilai, Ryan Crotty and Israel Dagg could all fill in for Nadolo over the coming weeks.

The Crusaders play the Reds this weekend and a victory over the Queenslanders would be their eighth consecutive victory this season.
