New Zealand beat Argentina in Hamilton

New Zealand’s All Blacks will be looking for a fifteenth consecutive Test victory over Argentina’s Pumas on Saturday.

New Zealand have played the Pumas 16 times since 1985 and the All Blacks have won 15 times and drawn once.

0.01: Argentina kick off and it goes out on the full.
 
2.00: The All Blacks win the first scrum but Carter’s pass is forward to the Pumas have a scrum.
 
3.00: Argentina put in a big scrum and they win a penalty. Hernandez kicks for touch and the line out.
 
4.00: The All Blacks (Francis Saili) fumbles the ball as the All Blacks try to run the ball out of their 22 but the Pumas pounce on the ball and Juan Manuel Leguizamon scores ! TRY!
 
5.00: Nicolas Sanchez slots the conversion and Argentina lead.
 
8.00: The All Blacks are going through the phases inside their half. They can’t make much ground so Israel Dagg kicks upfield and it bounces just inside the Pumas 22.
 
9.00: The All Blacks win the line out and win a penalty so Dan Carter will get a shot at the posts.
 
10.00: Carter takes the kick and nails it. The All Blacks are on the board.
 
12.00: Another penalty for the All Blacks as Argentina offend at the ruck. Carter lines up again.
 
13.00: Carter takes the kick and the ball hits the post and bounces out. The Pumas get the ball and kick it out.
 
17.00: Penalty again to New Zealand for not releasing. Dan Carter takes the kick from about 48m out. He misses. To the right.
 
21.00: Penalty to Argentina in their 22. They kick for touch. The rain has arrived. The Pumas line out is struggling and they lose another line out to the All Blacks who attack.
 
22.00: The All Blacks work the ball to the 5m line and there is a double blow of the whistle and Eusebio Guinazu is shown a yellow card. He was also carded in the first Springbok test. The All Blacks go for the line out.
 
23.00: The All Blacks win the lineout and Kieran Read passes to Aaron Smith who scores. TRY! All Blacks lead.
 
24.00: Dan Carter takes the conversion kick and slots his most difficult kick of the match.
 
26.00: Argentina try to attack after the restart but they kick ahead and Dan Carter takes the ball and slips straight through. The Pumas are on the backfoot and Aaron Smith and Hernandez chase the ball after Ben Smith chips ahead. Replays show Aaron Smith scores his second TRY!
 
28.00: Dan Carter misses the conversion from in front.
 
30.00: Penalty from the ruck (Richie McCaw) for Argentina. Not rolling away. Nicolas Sanchez will kick for posts – and use up time as they are still a man down. He nails the kick.
 
32.00: The All Blacks have a line out in the Pumas 22. They win the line out but the Pumas turn it over and kick upfield. The All Blacks have to attack from the half way line – they chip ahead for Savea but the ball goes out before he gets there.
 
35.00: As the All Blacks attack Francis Saili chips through to the corner and Smith chases but the ball goes out.
 
37.00: The Pumas are building some pressure in the All Blacks half. They do however knock on.
 
38.00: All Blacks win a scrum on the half way line and start to work the ball forward.
 
39.00:The All Blacks are making ground but Steven Luatua makes a rare mistake and puts a foot into touch.
 
40.00; The siren sounds so Argentina kick the ball out. It’s half time.

40.01: The All Blacks kick off and we are underway. The Pumas knock on after the kick off so we have a scrum.
 
43.00: The All Blacks chip ahead but Argentina come away with the ball. Sanchez makes a break but he kicks to Dagg who boots downfield.
 
44.00: The rain is pouring down now. Gonzalo Camacho takes a knock in the tackle and has to come off with a shoulder injury. He is replaced by former Leicester Tigers winger Lucas Gonzalez Amorosino.
 
46.00: Dane Coles comes on to replace Andrew Hore. The All Blacks win the first scrum with Coles and attack on the Pumas 22. They are however called back for a penalty as the Pumas front row collapsed. Carter will kick.
 
48.00: Carter slots the kick and Beauden Barrett warms up on the sideline.
 
51.00: Argentina put in a huge scrum and it wins them a penalty in front of the posts 37m out.
 
52.00: Sanchez slots the penalty. Gonzalo Camacho has dislocated his shoulder so will most likely miss the match against Australia next week.
 
53.00: After the restart Kieran Read charges down a kick and he gets to the ball but is brought to ground. He clears the ball and the All Balcks spin the ball wide to Julian Savea who scores. TRY! 14 tries in 14 tests.
 
55.00: Dan Carter slots the conversion and is replaced by Barrett.
 
58.00: Penalty to Argentina. It’s kickable but some way out. Sanchez takes the shot and it just hits the crossbar.
 
59.00: Richie McCaw has been replaced by Sam Cane. McCaw has to be helped from the field and he is limping.
 
63.00: Penalty from the scrum for Argentina. They will kick for touch as they are in their own half.
 
65.00: The All Blacks work the ball up to the Argentina 5m line. Their attack is stopped by a penalty so they kick for the corner.
 
66.00: Argentina win the line out but the ball is lost forward so the All Blacks have a 5m scrum.
 
68.00: The Pumas manage to defend their line and push the All Blacks out of their 22.
 
70.00: The Pumas are finishing strongly. They have a scrum on the All Black 22.
 
74.00: The All Blacks are awarded a penalty as Lobbe holds back Saili. Should have been a yellow card. Barrett slots the penalty.
 
75.00: The All Blacks almost get through but Kerr Barlow’s pass goes forward.
 
77.00: The All Blacks are still chasing the bonus point try and the Pumas are trying to hold on to the ball.
 
78.00: Penalty to Argentina. Wyatt Crockett has taken a big knock and had to be helped from the field.  Charlie Faumuina has to come back on. The Pumas kick for touch and set up a line out.
 
79.00: The Pumas knock on so the All Blacks have a scrum in their 22.
 
80.06: Scrum penalty to the All Blacks. They run it.
 
80.12: The siren sounds as the All Blacks are on the attack but the Pumas almost intercept which ends the contest. The All Blacks win.
