The second Super Rugby match in Round 16 is in Queensland Australia where the Reds host the Chiefs at Suncorp Stadium in Brisbane.

The Reds kick off and the match is underway.

1.00: The Chiefs make a strong start to the match by working the ball into the Reds 22.

2.00: The Chiefs keep pressing the Reds back and Seta Tamanivalu goes over and score. Three players couldn’t stop him from going over. TRY!

3.00: Damian McKenzie adds the conversion.

5.00: Penalty to the Chiefs – holding on to a player without the ball. Aaron Cruden kick for touch and the line out.

6.00: The Chiefs win the line out and Cruden chips the ball through. The Reds scramble and kick back to the Chiefs.

7.00: Damian McKenzie starts a break but is caught and the Reds kick the ball back. James Lowe boots the ball well downfield and finds touch. – 22 to 22.

10.00: The Reds win a penalty for offside. Frisby kicks for touch but it goes out on the full.

12.00: The Chiefs show great hands as they offload in the tackle again and again and each time they make ground. After several phases Atu Moli crashes over and scores. TRY!

13.00: McKenzie adds the conversion.

15.00: Penalty to the Reds on the halfway line. Frisby kicks deep into Chiefs territory.

17.00: The Reds win the line out and go for the corner but Samu Kerevi is pushed into touch.

19.00: The Reds get on the attack and they go through 7 phases. They get into the Chiefs 22. They get pushed back out of the 22. On the 12th phase they get back into the 22 and Curtis Browning gets them to the 5m line.

20.00: On the 15th phases Samu Kerevi goes for the line in the corner and offloads to Chris Kuridrani who scores. TRY!

21.00: Henry Taefu takes the conversion but misses.

22.00: Aaron Cruden makes an error with the restart so the Reds have a scrum on the half way line.

24.00: The Reds win a penalty from the scrum. Frisby kicks for touch and finds the Chiefs 22.

28.00: The Chiefs break out in space and Lachlan Boshier is tackled as he goes over the line. Nick Frisby kicks the ball out of his hand in the try. After a TMO review a penalty try is awarded. Frisby is yellow carded.

29.00; McKenzie adds the conversion.

30.00: The ball is kicked high. Jack Tuttle goes for the ball and takes James Lowe out in the air. Tuttle is yellow carded for the offence. The Chiefs kick for touch. Reds down to 13 until half time.

31.00: The Chiefs win the line out and use the maul. They are told to use it but don’t so there will be a scrum.

32.00: The Chiefs win the ball from a scrum. Cruden attacks and gets them to the 5m line. The Chiefs drive for the line and Sam Cane goes to score. There are bodies everywhere but the refs dives in for a closer look and awards the TRY!

33.00: McKenize adds the conversion.

35.00: The Chiefs get into space again, Kerr-Barlow loses the ball in the tackle as he gets to the 5m line but James Slipper gets the ball and takes it over the line saving a try but giving the Chiefs a 5m scrum.

36.00: The Chiefs win the scrum and drive over the line, they are called back as they win a penalty. The Chiefs tap the ball and they go wide and Tamanivalu goes over for his second TRY !

37.00: McKenzie misses the conversion. The 33 points is the Chiefs biggest first half points tally this season.

39.00: Nick Frisby comes back on. The siren sounds. There will be a scrum.

40.00: The ball is kicked into touch. It’s half time.

The Chiefs kick off and the second half is underway.

43.00: The Chiefs win a line out near the half way line. They go through three phases but make little ground as they go sideways.

44.00: The Reds turn the ball over but there is a knock on by the Chiefs. Reds scrum.

46.00: The Reds win the scrum and get the ball into the Chiefs 22 but the Chiefs turn the ball over and James Lowe boots the ball into touch.

48.00: The Chiefs go through a couple of phases on attack and they get to the Reds 22. The Reds turn the ball over and boot it upfield. The Chiefs intensity has dropped considerably compared to the first half.

50.00: There is a break in play for an injury. The match resumes with a scrum. The Reds win it but get tackled. Eto Nabuli picks the ball up and runs it to the Chiefs 22. He is caught and the Chiefs turn the ball over.

52.00: The Chiefs make some ground and then kick upfield into touch.

53.00: The Chiefs get the ball after a line out and attack in the corner and James Lowe goes over whilst being tackled. The TMO confirms no try. The Reds have a line out. They win a penalty from the line out. Frisby kicks for touch.

54.00: The Chiefs go on the attack and Damian McKenzie gets the ball from Anton Lienert-Brown and he goes for the corner and scores. TRY!

56.00; McKenzie takes the conversion kick from out wide. He nails it. Great kick.

59.00: The Chiefs break out from their half after a scrum and race down the wing but Kerr-Barlow gets pushed into touch.

61.00: Anton Lienert-Brown comes off for the Chiefs. The Chiefs win a penalty in front of the posts. Cruden chooses a scrum.

63.00: The Chiefs win the scrum and attack in the corner. Jack Tuttle puts in a try saving tackle on Toni Pulu. The Reds turn the ball over and kick it into touch.

64.00: the Chiefs win the line out and set up the maul but they concede penalty as Liam Messam detaches and its truck and trailer. The Reds clear the ball.

65.00: There is a break in play for the TMO to look at some potential foul play. It’s just a high tackle. Frisby puts the ball into touch.

67.00: The Chiefs work the ball almost the entire length of the field by passing the ball from player to player and they get the overlap on the wing and Nathan Harris goes over to score in the corner. TRY!

68.00: McKenzie takes the conversion kick from almost the touchline. He misses. Hika Elliot comes on for Harris.

70.00: Frisby makes a mistake with the restart so the Chiefs have a scrum on the half way line.

71.00: The Chiefs win the scrum and attack down the wing but the ball goes into touch on the final pass as McKenzie was too quick for his team mate.

72.00: The Chiefs get number on attack again and McKenzie offloads to Messam but he loses the ball in front of the tryline.

73.00: The Chiefs almost score again after a break from Aaron Cruden. The Chiefs recycle and the ball out wide to McKenzie is intercepted/knocked on.

74.00: The Chiefs have a scrum in front.

75.00: The Chiefs win the scrum and drive over the line but are held up.

77.00: The Chiefs attack the Reds again and McKenzie slips through and scores his second TRY!

77.00: McKenzie misses the conversion.

79.00: The Chiefs want more. They win the ball from a scrum on the half way line. They get the ball into the Reds 22 and chip ahead but the Reds manage to control it.

80.00: The siren sounds for full time but the Chiefs have turned the ball over. Cruden kicks wide and the ball is caught but then lost in the pass.

Thats it. The Chiefs have won. A record winning margin for the Chiefs.
