Super Rugby moves from New Zealand to Australia in the second match on Saturday in Round 7 as the Reds host the Highlanders in Brisbane.

The Highlanders kick off and we are underway.

Both teams showing some skills with the ball. It’s a high paced start.

2.00: The Reds get the ball on attack and Samu Kerevi gets the Reds into the Highlanders 22. They recycle and keep the ball alive and Liam Gill scores in the corner. TRY!

4.00: Jake McIntyre hits the post with his conversion kick.

7.00: Penalty to the Highlanders. Lima Sopoaga takes the kick and nails it. The Highlanders are on the board.

9.00: Penalty to the Highlanders for going off their feet. Sopoaga kicks for touch and the line out.

11.00: Aaron Smith gets the ball in space and passes out to  Rob Thompson who is open but he loses the ball. Try opportunity lost. In the build up to that  Jack Wilson who created the break suffers a head blow and has to come off for blood.

12.00: The Reds win the scrum. They kick long. The Highlanders counter attack and they kick and chase. Faddes wins the ball and the Highlanders line up in attack.

13.00: The pass to Patrick Osborne drifts forward and the Reds get out of jail again. It looks like it is about to open up for the Highlanders. The Reds win the scrum and kick well downfield.

15.00: The Reds get the ball out wide. Eto Nabuliraces down the wing and passes to  Nick Frisby who races in and scores. TRY! That came from a bad kick from McIntyre. Bit of a freak try.

16.00: McIntyre adds the conversion.

21.00: Penalty to the Highlanders – Nabuli tackling a player in the air. Sopoaga will take the shot from the half way line.

22.00: Sopoaga takes the kick – he nails it.

23.00: The Reds go on the attack again and Kerevi slips off a couple of tackles. He passes out but the ball goes to the Highlanders who are forced into touch.

24.00: The Reds win the line out and attack the Highlanders on their 22m line. McIntyre goes for a drop goal and nails it.

26.00: Jack Wilson is staying off so Jason Emery is a permanent replacement.

28.00: The Reds lose the ball and then win the ball back. They kick upfield and Nabuli chases. The Highlanders kick the ball upfield and the Reds counter attack. They lose the ball forward. The Reds are playing with more enthusiasm in this match that they have had all season. Possibly last season as well.

31.00: There is a break in play as Rob Simmons gets help from the doctor. He carries on.

33.00: The Reds get through in the middle of the field. Kerevi gets the break and he offloads to Liam Gill, the Reds recycle and Hunt passes to Nabuli who goes for the line but he is tackled into touch and loses the ball. Simmons comes off. Ben Matwijow comes on.

34.00 : Samu Kerevi gets the ball off Nabuli as the Reds pass the ball down the line. Kerevi gets through two tackles and scores. TRY!

35.00 McIntyre adds the conversion.

37.00: Penalty to the Reds just inside the Highlanders half. McIntyre takes the kick but he misses.

40.00: The siren sounds and Kerevi kicks the ball into touch.

The second half is underway.

41.00: The Highlanders are on the attack and they kick ahead. The Reds fumble the ball and Shane Christie grabs the ball and scores. The TMO will review the try. No try as player was ahead of the kicker.

42.00: The Highlanders have upped their intensity this half. They put the Reds under pressure in their 22. The Reds turn the ball over and kick upfield forcing the Highlanders to attack from deep again.

44.00: Penalty to the Reds. McIntyre takes the shot and nails it.

47.00: The Highlanders go through 8 phases on attack in the Reds 22. They knock on but get called back for a penalty. The Highlanders tap it and get to the tryline but are held back. They go again and again at the line.

48.00: The Highlanders continue the attack and Lima Sopoaga goes over and scores. Before the try can be awarded we have to look at potential foul play. There is a neck roll so there will be no try this time. Penalty to the Reds.

48.00: The Reds kick for touch and clear the ball.

49.00: There is a break in play as Luke Whitelock has taken a knock. He comes off and is replaced by Dan Pryor.

50.00: The Reds go through 4 phases on attack before being called back for a penalty. McIntyre will kick for posts.

McIntyre takes the kick and nails it. The Reds lead by 22 points and as it stands they also have the bonus point.

55.00: Kerevi breaks down the wing for the Reds but gets a foot on the touchline. They go back for a knock on by the Highlanders.

57.00: The Highlanders get the ball into the Reds 22. A players leaves his feet so the Highlanders have a penalty. Sopoaga kicks for the corner.

58.00: The Highlanders win the scrum and Liam Squire offloads to Aaron Smith who scores in the corner. TRY!

60.00: Sopoaga takes the conversion kick from out wide. He nails it.  Aaron Smith has been replaced.

62.00: The Highlanders are winning the territory battle this half. Small errors are hurting them though. Faddes puts a foot in touch.

63.00: The Reds win a line out and kick well upfield. The Highlanders lose the ball and the Reds attack with it. The Highlanders turn the ball over but Sopoaga puts a foot in touch. Sam Greene comes on for McIntyre.

65.00: Handling from both teams is awful. The Highlanders win a penalty for the Reds front row collapsing. They kick for touch.

The Highlanders win the line out and attack. They change sides and get to the line. They use the pick and go and get to the posts. On the sixth phase Malakai Fekitoa scores. TRY!

68.00: Sopoaga slots the conversion.

70.00: The Reds go on the attack but as they go wide the ball pops up perfectly for Lima Sopoaga and an intercept and he races almost the length of the field and scores. TRY! Not a true intercept as Fekitoa guided it to Sopoaga.

71.00: Sopoaga takes the conversion kick and he nails it from the touchline.

75.00: penalty to the Reds – Tanaka offside. Ayumu Goromaru will have a shot at the posts. His kick is short.

78.00: The Highlanders almost unleash Patrick Osborne on the wing but the Reds somehow catch him. The ball is loose and changes hands several times.

The Highlanders lose the ball. Reds scrum.

80.001 The Reds win the scrum and Frisby kicks for touch.

The Reds have won.
