SA Rugby on Friday appointed four experts to the Super 14 Rugby Franchise Adjudication panel.

They are advocate Norman Arendse, Dr Len Konar, Dan Moyo
and Derrick Minnie.

Arendse, who will serve as convener of the panel, is a well-respected figure in the legal fraternity and currently holds the position of Chairman of the
Cape Bar Council.

Dr Konar is an expert on corporate governance and Moyo the Chief Operations Officer of the South African Sports Commission. Minnie is a prominent businessman who, until recently, served as a member of the Board of
Directors of SA Rugby.

The panel has been tasked to view bid presentations and other relevant documents. Members may also decide to undertake inspection tours to the different stadia and training facilities.

SA Rugby has requested all Provinces interested in the tender process to submit five copies of their applications by Tuesday, 22 February, the closing date.

The final decision will be made on April 15.
