French Top 14 Rugby club Stade Francais have confirmed that they have signed Springboks and former Sharks flanker Willem Alberts.
The Sharks announced last month that Alberts would be leaving the club but did not say where he would be playing in the future.
Stade have also confirmed that Alberts has joined the French capital side on a three year contract
Alberts is in the Springbok squad and is expected to play for South Africa at the world cup and will join Stade on November 1, 2015.
