1.00: The Cheetahs make a strong start and put the Stormers under pressure on the 5m line. The Stormers try to clear the ball but it gets charged down. The Cheetahs get a 5m scrum.
2.00: The Cheetahs win the scrum and attack on the 5m line. Oupa Mohoje goes for the line – the TMO is called in to check if he scored. Mohoje knocked the ball forward. No try.
3.00: Penalty to the Cheetahs for hands in the ruck – Nizaam Carr. Fred Zeilinga will kick for posts.
4.00: Zeilinga nails the penalty. Cheetahs lead.
6.00: The Stormers run the ball into the Cheetahs half. As they get into the Cheetahs 22 a foot goes into touch.
9.00: The Stormers are awarded a penalty in front of the posts. Du Plessis will go for posts. He nails it.
11.00; Penalty from the scrum to the Cheetahs. Zeilinga will take the shot at goal.
13.00: Zeilinga lines up the kick and nails it. The Cheetahs lead again.
16.00: The Stormers go long with the line out – too long and the Cheetahs get the ball.
17.00: The Cheetahs win their line out but they lose the ball and concede a penalty. The Stormers will go for posts.
18.00: Du Plessis takes the kick and he nails it. Scores are level.
20.00; Penalty to the Cheetahs. Zeilinga lines up the kick and he nails it. Cheetahs lead again.
24.00: Penalty to the Stormers from the scrum. Du Plessis kicks to the corner for the line out.
26.00: The scores are levelled again as Du Plessis kicks a penalty for the Stormers.
29.00: The game is stopped as Lodewyk de Jager and Eben Etzebeth wrestle each other to the ground. The Refs assistant says it was “pretty vicious” so the TMO is called in. The Stormers get a penalty. Du Plessis kicks for touch.
32.00: Nizaam Carr gets some help from the medics on the Cheetahs 5m line. He carries on and the Stormers win a line out but then get pushed into touch.
34.00: The Stormers attack in the Cheetahs 22. They stretch the Cheetahs defence by going to the middle and then back out wide and Daniel du Plessis scores. TRY! the initial break was by Siya Kolisi.
36.00: J. Du Plessis misses the conversion.
39.00: The Stormers win a line out but the Cheetahs turn the ball over. As the siren sounds they run it over the half way line.
40.00: Zeilinga kicks the ball upfield. Cheslin Kolbe takes the mark and then kicks the ball into touch for half time.

42.00: The Stormers get the perfect start as Leolin Zas gets an intercept from a wide Cheetahs pass and he runs to the line and scores. TRY! The TMO is brought in as there is another scuffle between a couple of players.

44.00: Cheslin Kolbe is down having taken a knock to the head in a tackle. He is driven off on the medical buggy.
46.00: The Cheetahs win a penalty from the scrum. They choose the line out which they win. The Stormers turn the ball over and kick for touch.
47.00: The Cheetahs get some quick ball and they go wide and Paul Schoeman scores in the corner. TRY!
48.00: Zeilinga takes the conversion kick but misses.
50.0: Siya Kolisi breaks through the middle of the Cheetahs but then runs into Clayton Blommetjies and loses all momentum.
51.00: Penalty to the Stormers for offside. Du Plessis kicks to the corner.
53.00: Another fight breaks out. It dies down but the Stormers have a penalty.
54.00: Du Plessis takes the kick and nails it. Stormers lead by 10.
58.00: The Cheetahs (Rhule) kick the ball upfield. Everyone makes a dash for the ball and Sergeal Petersen is just about the last to get there but the ball pops up into his hands and he dives over and scores. TRY!
59.00; Zeilinga slots the conversion.
60.00: Torsten van Jaarsveld breaks for the Cheetahs from his 22. He chips the ball ahead and the Cheetahs chase. Schreuder gets back and secures the ball but the Stormers take it into touch.
61.00: The Stormers secure the ball from the line out and clear.
63.00: The Stormers steal the ball at the breakdown. Sikhumbuzo Notshe runs and then kicks the ball ahead. Kobus van Wyk chases and beats Petersen to the ball and he rolls his way over the line and scores. TRY!
65.00: Du Plessis adds the conversion.
67.00: Penalty to the Cheetahs. Niel Marais takes the kick and nails it.
72.00: Penalty to the Cheetahs again Marais takes the shot but he misses.
77.00: The Cheetahs win a line out and work the ball into the Stormers 22. There is a high tackle by the Stormers so the Cheetahs have a penalty in front. A player is down.
78.00: The Cheetahs kick for the line out but the Stormers win the ball. They chip the ball ahead and regain it. They go through five phases but concede a penalty.
79.00: The Cheetahs kick or touch and the line out.
80.00: The siren goes as the ball is lost – thats it. The Stormers have won.
