Wales captain Sam Warburton looks set to make his return to playing next weekend against the Rugby World Cup champions New Zealand.

Warburton has been on the sidelines with a shoulder injury since 30 April and did not feature in the 27-13 loss to England at Twickenham.

The twenty-seven-year-old Wales captain would a massive boost for Wales who have not beaten New Zealand since 1953 and have lost their last 26 matches against the All Blacks,.

While Wales look set to have Warburton back prop Paul James has already been ruled out with a calf injury but head coach Warren Gatland is hopeful he will play against the Chiefs on 14 June.
