The dates for the 2022 Super Rugby Pacific Semi-finals, following the four successful quarter-finals, have been confirmed.
Three New Zealand teams remain, while only one Australian franchise won a playoff match to reach the final knockout match.
Both semi-finals will be played next weekend in New Zealand on Friday and Saturday, June 10/11.
The top-ranked team after the regular season was the Blues (13-1), who beat the Highlanders (4-10) 35-6 in Auckland.
The three-time champions booked a home semi-final in the City of Sails on Saturday, after a convincing victory against the Landers.
The Blues will play the Brumbies (10-4), who beat the (8-6) Hurricanes 35-25 in Canberra.
The two-time champions Brumbies are the only Australian side to come out on top of the weekend’s trans-Tasman clashes.
The ACT side will look to overturn history by becoming only the second team to win a knockout match at Eden Park since the tournament began back in 1996.
The Crusaders (11-3), who finished second on the Super Rugby table, beat the Queensland Reds (8-6) in Christchurch 37-15 to book a home semi-final on Friday.
The Crusaders will host the Chiefs (10-4) in Canterbury after the Waikato men beat the NSW Waratahs (8-6) 39-15 in Hamilton.
The two-time champions Chiefs will be up against history when they take on the most successful club in the southern hemisphere.
The 10-time Super Rugby champions have never lost a knockout/playoff game at home in the competition’s 27-year history.
The Saders have won 25 from 25 finals (100% win rate) matches at home and are heavy favourites to reach a 15th Super Rugby final.
