Kings Park Stadium, also known for sponsorship reasons as ABSA Stadium, is a football stadium in Durban, South Africa which was originally built in 1891 and extensively renovated in 1990. It has a capacity of 52,000, and is used for both rugby union and football (soccer).

 

The stadium currently hosts the following teams:

The Sharks in the Southern Hemisphere Super 14 rugby competition
The Natal Sharks (not to be confused with the above) in South Africa’s main domestic rugby competition, the Currie Cup
The Golden Arrows in the Premier Soccer League
The Amazulu in the Premier Soccer League for important matches.
